I am guessing this won't be multi holed, as I assume they only put their prize PT engine on the alloy bases back then. Maybe I should just take the base plate off and take a look instead of second guessing.
I think you'll find that's not the case. Two of my thumblatch PTs had a Briggs on them before I fitted PTs to them, both of which you've seen.
