As I emptied the oil out of the remains of an OHV four stroke engine I'm disposing of,, this deep red oil that looks like automatic transmission fluid came out. It looked brand new and very clean.
There isn't any such thing as engine oil that looks crimson like auto/ gearbox fluid is there? I wonder why someone would put ATF in a mower engine?
Makes no difference to me, the motor hulk is ready for disposal now.
