Better luck on the Sanli.
Took the top off and of course the flywheel was rusty...... cleaned it up with wire brush.... The little boys who were playing with it filled the fuel tank with water but fuel tap was turned off....
I put a piece of plastic tube as a new fuel line, no filter. The trick is both ends have diffent diameters, but my hose is one diameter. I soaked one end in boiling water, sprayed with WD40 and wrestled it onto the tank end, and put a screw clip on the carb smaller dia end...... prob solved...
Fixed handles, throttle cable bent a bit, lubricate.
Next sharpen blades ant test drive......... no blade.
Went ahead with start with electric drill, started straight away.....
nice little motor....

On lookout for blade or a disc to fit..
The grandma said keep it.... sell it..
