On evilBay there’s an outdoorking member who sells very reasonably priced decals, I assume that’s the chap you’re referring to?
In any case, my understanding is he has a day job that can be quite time consuming, like most of us. I’ve been able to message him via evilBay on a couple of occasions; so you might try that and see how you get on.
