The Powertorque motors on edgers have a heavier flywheel and with full cranks that I've seen used in similar
situations they used a heavy cast iron v belt pulley on the crank ,so if your full crank has a light pulley then I
would add a weight to the crank that is the same weight as a Victa 18 blade plate without the blades at the most
If testing the weight first I would try ,point eight of a kg first and at most go to 1.4 kg
A Go Kart centrifugal clutch is about 20 ounces about .56 of a Kg .but on the Victa you would
have a crank adapter as well. so probably worth trying no lower than .8 of a kg.
0.8 of a KG should work.
