Mike, may I just suggest you source a bottle of Penetrene.
About the best one I have come across - has freed many things RP7 hasn't touched.
It is available through bursons auto parts usually, but not sure where else in brisbane
Edit - should clarify - penetrene for bolts not the other penetrene for horses
