Well, not much is know about this one.
For me it represents a domestic Everyman from the 1960/70s.
My best guess is that it's an early to mid-1970s machine.

The Model, Type and Code on the tinware starter housing
[located near carby] should give a fairly accurate date.

Could you tell us those numbers?
Could we also have the serial number for provenance?

Note that this has a Briggs PulsaJet carby the model will
be something like 80202 ...
