G'day MM
The Model 35, for me, captured the essence of the utility mower.
It improved on the Victa Model 4 design by adding a safer, skirted base.

Like Victa, SB was bold enough to make its own engine for purpose.
Unlike Victa, SB never saw those wild production numbers.

Nonetheless, I feel the Model 35 was an improvement on the
utility idea, but better - and safer - than the Victa utes of the day.

Your restoration seems to be pretty close to HT6's resto of a
decade ago. LINK: https://www.outdoorking-forum.com.au/forum/ubbthreads.php/topics/34477/scott-bonnar-35.html

That would be a credit for detail - including getting the colours 'right'.
You seem to both agree as to that.

The 'trip release' starter makes this an early 1960s model.

I note you have used some different fasteners - like 'Dome Nuts'
on the chassis - and I guess plastic cable ties are a sensible exception.

I love what you have done here. smile

Do you have any advise to some folks being 'stickler' restorers?
Does every thing have to be so 'correct'?

Cheers
