I agree with you that polishing the seat will likely fix the needle sticking but I can't tell every single customer to polish the seat. Hopefully we will have an improvement on the new batch I ordered or when we get the float lever manufactured. How's you go with the 4-rings jet. Any luck? How are you today? I knew you are very busy. But anyway, I just would like to suggest a possible improvement on the Victa Primer Cap seat if you haven't manufacture them yet. Please see attached photo for illustration of what I thought that possibly happened to the seat when pressed chamfered which could create a choke point that may catch the needle to stick. Please verify this with your microscope instrument to see what happen on the chamfered section. Please provide solution prior to manufacture if not too difficult to implement.
