Thin layers of concrete usually crack
Maybe reinforce with some fine metal mesh
Your wheels look quite good
Pretty much undetectable.Not sure how they will last
Tilepoint is a good idea and seems to be slightly flexible.
Maybe the rubberised ceramic tile adhesive might be worth a try.
