We could make a good mower TJ91.
Mine has a good base and catcher but engine trouble with stripped threads for attaching the cowl.
Yours has a base that's been through the wringer but well behaving engine. No mean feat with a twin.

Ahh, if only victa had kept producing the thumblatch catcher series, they would be in better shape today!
