I'm trying to get a Stihl 009 going................
No spark, so I checked the coil air gap, good, and wires etc.
I ended up buying a cheap ebay coil for $10, still no spark......
Put it aside for months..... it dawned on me, it's electronic ignition, couldn't find the module, so I thought it must be incorporated in the coil. That's why the new one didn't work as it didn't have a module.......
Next I am going to try a victa module with the new coil.........
Any ideas??
