Thanks for that, it is the roller drive sprocket, there is a keyway there but I haven't seen the rest of it so I'm not sure how it all works. Tightening RH seems to be locking the sprocket up, LH does loosen the sprocket a little so it allows the sprocket to spin but that is all I have been able to achieve.
