i had this posted down from Sydney,unfortunately the badge had been sold before i bought it,i will be looking for one later funds pending.

Hi stevej, What an unusual looking machine, I have never seen one like it, what model is it?

it is a model six victa sheerline if i am correct,it is not in original colors,it should be avacado green the same as a victa special with the victa on the front red and the rotomo color on the handles.
it will be a few months before i sand blast it back to metal and rebuild it completely as i am in the middle of 5 victa specials and want to finish them first

I saw that one one fleabay as well. I noticed the seller was not selling the badge etc with it! Anyway good luck with the resto, make sure you post some pics.

I notice that the handle badge was not sold with it, but is there a badge on the front of the machine?

So how did you go with the Sheerline resto?

i finally started on the mower last week ,Perry doing his sheerline got me motivated.
the motor has been fully rebuilt,the chassis is in primer ,i will rub it back and paint it next week,weather/work or wife permitting
