My small Collection - so far.
Hi guys - has been a while since I posted but I regularly enbjoy all the topics & photos & the info I get is valuable. Anyway, attached is a photo of my small collection - the Victa edger I got for $11 at Gold Coast Tender Centre,1 new plug, clean & new fuel, the Rover 2 stroke with Suzuki motor my mate gave me after it had been outside for 12 months - he broke the pull cord & couldn't be bothered with it so he went and bought a new mower believe it or not - only cost me $40 to get going! The Scott Bonnar 17" was $82 on E-Bay - a divorce situation lol, the GMC reel push mower $9 on Grays Online Auctions. The Rover 4 stroke I got after an elderley neighbour up the road was throwing out - just needed a good service & I got it going. After a bit of tinkering & cleaning etc from me, they all start first go.(apart from the push ,ower naturally - well in a way it does lol) Also have a McCulloch blower, a GMC electric blower/vacumn(another freebie)and I am keeping an eye out for one of those old Victas? with the wind up/release start - I will find one I'm sure. Hope the image added = having a mongrel of a time with this computer! Thanks guys. Birky
