how in hell does this electric start work? do you pluge into the power point or somthing?will be interesting to find out!!

It supposed to have a battery pack that sits in the tray under the rear handle, but I don't have one, so I connected a large 12V battery to it.
There is what looks like an armature winding behind the flywheel which turns the flywheel when the start button is pressed.

The battery pack number is 66161 and below is a picture of the battery pack.

This is the battery pack I'm looking for,even a dead one would be ok, I'll just have it repacked.
