Current Projects:
VC-160 MKII
[Linked Image]
This will be constructed from a VC-160 MKI base (Pictured), fitted with an engine from either a VC-160 MKI (I am in negotiations for this engine) or, otherwise, the engine from a VC-160 Auto Drive MKI (I have a 52710 crank case ready to fit in this case)
The Badge, Cowls, Wheels, Fittings, Tank and Handles are all to be taken from spared in the shed.

VC-Mustang MKI (Red)
[Linked Image]
This will be built on the already acquired base I have, using the engine from a 1973 Victa VC-Sports (recent donation) I have the original engine (Seized) which I will get the correct lower crank case from, to maintain the correct engine number, as well as the original MKI air baffle.
Carburettor, dress cowl, base, fittings and handles are already cleaned and prepared for this restoration.

1963 Corvette 2
[Linked Image]
The engine for this project is complete, after having been removed from a broken base as one, correct unit. This engine is currently being restored, and has had a new starter fitted.
The base is currently being looked for, this project will continue when a suitable base is acquired.

1967 160cc Corvette 2
[Linked Image]
The engine for this has been supplied on a damaged base, and a replacement base has been sourced (pictured). The Idea for this project came after the recent donation of an almost complete 3Q carburettor (currently searching for fuel needle) I decided the carburettor should be built a home.
The mower itself currently has a 3S carburettor, but this model was released with both 3S and 3Q carburettors, once restored, the 3S carburettor will remain till a needle has been found for the 3Q.

1972 V111 VC-160 MKIII
[Linked Image]
This mower was recently traded for a 1992 Victa Rapier, it is fully working, and has its original catcher and Chute, the badge needs to be replaced, as it is damaged, and the grip on the throttle control, as well as the lever for the catch flap need to be replaced, as they are not original but replacement parts. The throttle cable also needs oiling.

1972 V109 VC-160 Auto Drive MKI
[Linked Image]
This mower arrived dead, and with the incorrect (grey) dress cowl, as well as a white starter, it has since been fitted with the correct lime green starter and dress cowl, and is now working, however I am working on sourcing a better starter and cowl, as the cowl is chipped, and the starter faded. It also needs to be fitted with a decompression valve, in its place the mower currently has a spark plug, and the decompression valve vacuum nipple has snapped of the intake port, I have the parts aside for this to be done soon, as well as a general tidy up, with parts from an incomplete MKI Auto Drive that I recently acquired.

1970 V80 VC-160 MKI
[Linked Image]
This mower is complete and working, it is currently undergoing repairs to address a slight blast back issue it has on starting, that blows the hose off the air filter, no other issues, simple fix and this one will be back in the collection line up. I am also working on removing sun damage from the cover ring of its starter, to improve its appearance.
Thanks to:
-Tinys Green Shed

Cheers
Ty

Well, the MKI is done now, all issues fixed, and today I also got to work on the MKIII.

Badge replaced, throttle lever swapped to original, catch flap lever swapped to green, fixed a fair amount of the play in the lower handle bars, and put a lever at the fold, rather than the home-job butterfly nut (though i do need to swap it to a white lever when i find one)

The base is quite worn where it has rubbed up against the fence, I might swap it onto the other mKIII base I have here, which is only a little worn, also, the severe lower handle play has worn out the holes the handle mounts into, which the other base would also fix.

Cheers
Ty

Thanks to some parts from Jeffery, I now have not-pink handles for my recently donated MKII (Thanks Trevor) a good fuel cap for the Auto Drive, the 2 missing screws from my MKIIE (one of the non-originals) the air-filter for my MKIII and the lever for the MKI.

Cheers
Ty
