Hello ODK History Lovers
These five images are of a Qualcast Powered Side-wheel.
This is the P2 model introduced to Australia in 1957.
I have written a Record for these 16" Side-wheels elsewhere
in this History Forum [see Related Links below].

These are professional studio photographs now held by the Museum of Victoria.
These images form part of the Laurie Richards Collection, a Melbourne-based studio,
that recorded advertising and public relations photographs in the 1590s thru 1970s.

The Museum of Victoria summarises: -



Of particular note is Australian billiard champion Walter Lindrum -
An interesting man and story in itself ... This is an early example of linking celebrity
with lawnmower advertising [see Related Links below].
