Hey guys, i am not selling this mower but i want to ask what would you offer someone if they were selling it

Ok first thing is the wheels on the front are not original and to replace them it would cost you about $50.00 for the two (aftermarket).

Second thing is the Victa Special 18 Plastic logo between the handles is missing and to replace that it would cost around $100 + depending on quality.

So that would be reducing the price to start with by $150.00 then you would have to let us know if the blade plate is original as that would reduce the price by another $50.00. Also if the air filter is on the mower because to replace that it would cost $40.00 for aftermarket one and orignal would be $60.00 +.

Then we want to know if the motor is running or not before we could come up with a correct price.

From the imformation that you have given so far I would say a maxium value would be around $50.00

Ahhhh ok thanks that helps alot, i will ask this type of info from now on. on ebay ive seen worse condition ones than this go for $70 - 80 not running. so if it was not running what would be the price and what if it was?

Hey Bruce thanks for your help so far, could you help me with another one? another victa 18 for inspection :P this one has a base crack at the back but its not that bad. it is on ebay at the moment $8.50 with 2 days left the seller dosent say if its running or not it has the original wheels but not the victa special plastic logo. what would you go up to for this mower in the auction? with the info that you know

I like this late model special 5 because it dosent have a ramp for the edger or bolt holes
