Not sure yet MF, the crank is FULL of fuel and it looks like the coil/module has failed because it has no spark. Doesn't look as if it has done a lot of work, plastic is good and no signs of wear on the front axle area. Will be a good mower for somebody.

No wear on the left side of the chassis evident. Wish I could have it. Are those handles blue? I'd love to see how well it cleans up.
Ahh, if only victa had kept producing the thumblatch catcher series, they would be in better shape today!

Handles are blue and it doesn't look like they have been painted, they look plated. Did they come out with blue handles?

Anyway MF, the Vortex is up and running fine, boy did it have a lung full of fuel, the entire crank must have been full. My issue now is where to put the kill switch, I'm a bit loathe to drill the cowling because it is in such good condition.

There is supposed to be a black panel that goes over the carburettor to stop rubbish getting trapped inside the cover. You could get away with using that maybe? Don't drill the cover like I did to a Mustang GTS I once had, to put silly headlights on it.
