The best way to date it would be from the date code stamped on the starter cowl on the engine. There is a series of numbers, the last lot under the "code" are the DOM. They are in the format "yymmddxx" Hope this helps.

Hi Vinmow, The chipper is model number 95213 and I have attached a parts list. As to the age of the chipper I am not sure but it could have been early 2000.

G'day all This is the original Rover Shredder. This one has a 10 series Briggs and it dates from the 1970s and then 1980s. I guess this one is a Model 95210. Shredders used both 10 and 13 Series Briggs motors.
