I have trying to get my neighbours Rover with Chonda going for a while. Cleaned carb,Ruixing 127 blew holes out, but couldn't undo idle mixture plug. I think it is blocked.......
A Rockwell I fixed made a big bang, then stopped. It now leaks heaps of oil out of bottom seal.
The carb looked like the Ruixing , but was a different name Japanese, so I swapped them. The Rover ran prefectly
I would like to soak the Ruixing in carb cleaner, but at $16 a can..... Maybe the Rockwell needs a seal and good carb......
Anyway got the front lawn mowed ahead of cyclone Iris rain..... wet grass , no catcher..... my style
