Two points should be made about this: the first is that they were probably sole
importers of the Clifton. The second point is that the company was primarily an
agricultural supply company - selling milkers and cream separators, Bamford engines,
hay mowers and rakes, Twin City tractors, etc. This photo image of their premises

No Clifton lawnmowers have been found or collected by Australian collectors.
This does suggest that sales here were low. It may be that the G&N Co-op lacked
experience in the horticultural market. Who knows?
