Hi Victa Man.Yeh, it`s not too bad considering it`d been submerged thru a flood and Cyclone Larry in the past few years. The old 8hp was still working after all that but it had had a tuff life as you can see but everthing still works on it.It`s still up north awaiting a friend to ship it down.I should be up there fixing it as have acreage bit inland from Brissy. The Easymow ride-on (other pics here)is my current project. The tiller will be quite a while i think before i get around to sorting it out.And besides i want to fit a hypo motor to it.Like steroid driven. The push mower i think i`ll dispose of.Swap not sell for something of interest.Too big for me to handle as just getting over quad bypass. cheers

Hi gmax.Yes, it must be somewhat dissconcerting and frustrating not being able to enjoy (what was once)one of lifes little enjoyments in planting a vegie patch and seeing the results. And on a larger scale the farmers who rely on quality rainfall.Hopefully once i get the tiller shipped down and refurbished i`ll be able to make decent use of it.Then it`s just a matter of getting it,the ride-on, me and the dog back up to where my acreage is.cheers

For refernce sake, I dont beleive that push mower was made by Masport.
That seems to be a Victa Super 24".
At a glance I would say the V86, 1971-1973, with a Seiries 70 MKII or MKIII 160cc Victa Engine.
Made by victa, and left the factory just like that.
Cheers Ty

Many thanks for your input Ty, that will complete the info for these pics. As this thread is many years old, I will now close it.
