I have 2 Quantum 35's both model #121702 yet 1 has a CJ8 plug the other has a RJ19LM.Is it ok to run the RJ19LM plug instead of the CJ8?

same plug , different sizes , fine to run both in either or machine smile

Yes, the RJ19LM is the replacement for the CJ8.
They are interchangeable.

If it screws in it will work, ive got a toyota camry spark plug in my ride on, cos the factory one crapped itself, no issues whatsoever

goodo , depends on heat ranges too . if you like to burn a hole in something ? then allgood , or run rough , wrong reach (at best close the gap , worst damage a piston)

The C8J and RJ19LM are the same heat range of hot. The RJ19LM is resistor plug for RF noise suppression. In older engines that have borderline compression the C8J will give better performance as it will more spark energy at the tip. Both are 14mm with 3/8" reach.
