It is long overdue in presenting this 1972 catalogue of Victa mowers.
This covers the Victa range for the 1971-72 lawnmower season.

Context:
After almost two decades, Victa was still innovative. For many, the 1970s Victa range would
signify the greatest period of Victa lawnmowers. For some, it signified their childhood.

The significant event would be the introduction of the engine decompressor - 'Zip Starting'
and the intensive and memorable marketing that followed: Few living through this time would
forget the superb print and TV campaigns. Who would ever forget the theatrically camp
Noel Brophy zipping on his doo dah?

The other significant event for the 1972 season would be the introduction of 'The Skilled User Range'
- the 'red' rotary machines for the professional or commercial user. The Super 24 was released
as part of this new range.

This series is divided into four parts, each covering 6 pages of the 24 page catalogue
of the early 1970s Victa range. Enjoy!
