OutdoorKing Repair Forum Forums Collectors Corner Identification of Particular Machines Victa 2 stroke ID needed please.

I just bought this Victa 2 stroke and was curious as to what model and year it is. Any help greatly appreciated.

As far as model goes it could well be anything,as the only different's between models was the sticker on the cowl.Which looks like it's not on there.
However with the date if you pull the carby off underneath that there should be a date either stamped or sometimes cast into the block.That will give you the year it was made.

About all we can say without more numbers, like the code Blumbly mentions or that on the air cleaner [if it's there], is that it's post-1984. That was the year the PowerTorque engine was introduced, in Victa's main model line.
