Can anyone help me, ive got a Mk10 Villiers engine on a model 40 scott bonnar. It constantly foules the plug up (black carbon/fuel). I have to use a new plug every time i wan't to mow the lawn, any ideas/hints? The engine runs fairly rich, with a fair amount of black smoke from the exhaust, but i dont know how to lean it out?

ralfus69, Ok I need to know what carby is on the motor Amal, Zenith or [color:#000000]S12[/color] type so that I can scan and up load to the parts list and manual area.

ralfus69, I have uploaded the Villiers manual complete which shows you how to set the carby as well as other specifications.

Ralfus69, It has been uploaded to the Parts list and manuals area of the board under Questions on lawn mowers.  If you have not made a donated towards the board you will not have access to this area.
