Mister Gramps
I have a Mini Master 2 stroke that I have just finished and was wondering if anyone knows the fuel/oil mix for this engine, it's a TAS 2 stroke, I assume it would be a 40:1 mix but i'm not sure. WTF

Hi Mike,
Another awesome job! I think you were born with the 'painter's touch'.

On the Tanaka website they have one mix ratio for all their engines - new and old.

Q. What is the correct Gas/Oil ratio for my Tanaka product?
A. 50:1. Tanaka Perfect Mix is what is referred to as a one-mix oil. The oil is formulated so that when mixed a 50:1, (or 2.6 ounces per gallon of fuel), it contains enough of the life giving additives to work in any Tanaka product, and other air-cooled engines. TANAKA

All very shook up.

Hi Jack,
You are a legend....I did some research yesterday trying to find some info on the TAS engine, but came up empty handed...and now we now that it is a Tanaka product! good1
To Mike,
I agree with Jack, it looks fabulous mate, congrats on the restoration. I note in the original pic that seems to be a name plate on the front of the chassis, is it saveable, or are you going to fabricate another?
cheers2
