dmitr, as far as I can determine, Blumbly's images were from page scans of a personal hard copy of the 'Green Book' Vol 1.
AFAIK there is no full PDF scan available of this manual. At least, not a 'free download' one.

That said, the ODK forums do have a PDF version of a scan of an early [1969] version of the first 41 pages [Section A] of that Green Book. Which have the mower images and basic specifications pages, for the Victa models from 1955-1969.
