Hey all,
I just picked up a second hand victa mower for $18
The deck has some rust and holes.
Under the deck (blades) is worse, it was never ever washed.
Just wondering, would it be safe to run a high pressure washer through it?
I need to get the rust OUT of the mower.
Then i can sand and paint

No holes, just rust. Lots of it though LMFAO.
Ive linished most of it off on the underside, i need a wire Brush attachment for my Ryobi cordless angle grinder.
The engine is in good condition,
Needs some work on the Pull cord area
And i might inspect the piston head and crank case

hey jarryd . wasnt kidding about electrolysis. it removes all of it easily. heres a pic of an old rotomo base in my wheelbarrow. the yukky stuff on top is the rust coming off.
the 2nd pic is finished product with minimal effort.
