Wow StrykerM134 not one full stop it's like you were in a hurry to get it out.Well done. Vic18 yes you should have seen this poor mower when I picked it up,it looked like a major traffic accident. The front axle was ripped half way out with missing wheel, base was all beaten up (Steel base)(lots and lots dents)and the cutting disc was all bend out of shape.Which wasn't discovered until trying to start it,but yet the engine (although dirty)was like brand new.Which prompted me to build a great mower from it.I just wish I took photos of it.I didn't as the mowers I sold I never really took pictures until it was sale time. The only problem with this one was, once complete and running there was no way I could part with it.So here it still is with me. ![[Linked Image]](https://www.outdoorking-forum.com.au/forum/uploads/usergals/2013/02/full-5048-9950-100_2050.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](https://www.outdoorking-forum.com.au/forum/uploads/usergals/2013/02/full-5048-9951-100_2051.jpg) ![[Linked Image]](https://www.outdoorking-forum.com.au/forum/uploads/usergals/2013/02/full-5048-9952-100_2044.jpg) It was a lot of work to get it the way it is.The cutting disc was that buggered that it had broke the two teeth off the boss on the crank.Still wish I took photos of it.
Here for a good time, not a long time.

I guess that's why after the job was done I couldn't see it sold off,and so far it hasn't given me any problems at all. I guess it will be with me for a while yet to. It gets serviced and always is washed after it is used. So if I pulled it out of the garage and took a photo it would look exactly the same as it does in the pictures above.

depending on the day i use either a victa cortina, a victa pace special, a rover baron with a briggs and stratton 850 ohv engine or a rover super 4 21" self propelled. also have a full crank tilt a cut power edger(2nd model made 1980/81) for the edges

The suzuki engines on that toro are easy to rebuild, set of rings, crankshaft seals and maybe bearings and you would no doubt be back in business.

No vic18 I don't have any sellerable mowers at the moment just the older ones that are in my collection. Yes there is heaps of the wet stuff here at the moment had over 200mm over the last week or two. Lots of local flooding again and yes my mower room, but thankfully the mowers are all protected and high and dry. Also the drain pipe is working well so not too much water in there at the moment. I wish it would stop raining though.
Please use edit post button
Nice lot if workers you have there kori. Do all American mowers have height adjusters for each wheel? Do you collect any kind of mowers at all?
