Hi All

Does the Kirby air filter need to be oiled and if so why is this done?

Most foam air filters should be oiled, the way I do it is towash the foam with detergent, dry it, tip on a very very small amount of oil and squeeze it through the foam, to avoid dripping oil everywhere I usually wrap it all up in a peice of material.
