So the one you want is the bottom one???
The top one is a power torque which is 160cc. The bottom one is an early utility and could be 125 or 160cc.
So do you have a power torque or a full crank motor??
Theres 2 different bases in between them.
A rear facing stamped base thats pretty much the same shape as the top one but for a full crank. A side facing base thats the same as the top one but for a sideways full crank.
If its either of the above you might also need the right disc for it as the regular over later ones off a catcher mower dont fit, the upturned edge hits the handle bolts.
I do believe I have a couple of those in betweens here, might even have one the same as the bottom pic.
Im in Melb, if you want me to look please send a PM.
Cheers, Bob.

Yes it would help if you let us know exactly which one you want. As there is enough collectors on here to be able to get the the right base. Also if we knew the correct model could even get the right cutting disc. You won't have to settle for second best,as what you are looking for isn't rare and should be able to be found quite easily.

Hey Bob and Blumby...it's the bottom pictured base I want...would be great to get the right blade plate for it as well. I have a full crank motor...sorry about the top pic, thought it wasn't a power torque. Basically want a steel utility base for my full crank 160... doesn't have to be exactly the same as the pic

OK mowbile this is getting confusing you have two threads open saying you want a utility base, but in both threads you've put pictures up of the base you want. Both bases are different to each other. So I think we all need to know exactly what base your after and to close one of the threads down.As we don't need two threads on the one topic. It's getting way too confusing.

Am looking for any steel utility base that will suit a full crank 160 cc Victa engine...age and model not that important as long as it doesnt have too much rust and is suited to restoration. Would like one that allows the engine to be mounted with spark plug facing the rear of base. All other posts I have submitted can be closed down...sorry for the confusion.
