I bought this mower 2 weeks ago and replaced the belt and new battery. A few minor things fixed it up really good. Works well. Only problem is, the gears get stuck. I push the clutch in and most of the time have to really push the gear stick around to get it into gear. Any ideas??? Its the 5 speed

Thanks Bruce. Im not sure what kind of transmission it is. would you know how i could find these selectors on the mower? Also, how long before the gearbox will pack in if this problem is not fixed for a while?

It would require some disassembly of the gearbox, as to how long itwould last as-is, how long is a peice of string? Its probably best to have it sorted out now though before it potentially causes further damage to other parts.
