I have just purchased this mower, right hand side rear driving wheel intermittently locks up. (Right hand side when looking from rear of mower).
Can anybody advise procedure for adjustment of mechanism on this wheel?

nent,
It could be a few things but I would try this:

1. Remove wheel cover & wheel. Check for dirt & clean.

2. Check drive dog to see if it is worn.

3. Check that bearing behind drive dog is Ok if not replace it.

4. If dog is worn then replace it.

Try this first to see if it corrects your problem.

Thank's Bruce, I have found no circlip at end of drive shaft to retain driving dog, loose washer apparently put there in an effort to retain pawl.
Too much clearance for this to work, did not appear to have enough room for circlip and washer.
Eventually found circlip behind driving dog, why here is a mystery!!
Replaced circlip with washer, then dog & pawl, washer and circlip which now fitted O.K. Now appears to work perfectly. Thanks again for your help.
