Hi, I've bought a second hand Rover 2130 Power Start. The bettery(12V) was flat. Can I start it manually? Can I use the charger for Car betteries to recharge it? It said it's rechargeable. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks.
If the engine has a pull cord, then you can pull it for the engine to start. you would have to go to your local mower shop to see if the battery is rechargable though. hope this is some help!!
