i have a 3.5 horse briggs & stratton engine self drive and every time i start it i have to put a screw driver in to hold the air vane (govner)back and it will start after a few part but if i take the screw drive out before it warms up it will stop
can any one help

Craig,
It sounds like the carby has not been put together correctly or it needs a new diaphragm in it. Can you advise if the diaphragm has been changed.
