Gordo,

Can you upload a picture to the board as I am unable to locate model 509 as Victa numbers usually start with V Code and if it was made around 1963 you have few Utility models which are V11 through to V22 some of these are 4/Stroke. You will still be able to get most parts for these models. cheers

Unfortunatly its in about 100 bits, i have stripped it down, and most of the frame is at work to be sand blasted. Where can i find the numbers on these? it is a 2 stroke.
Most of the dealer i have spoken to in Townsville say that i cant get parts anymore, and will not even think about searching for me.
i got the model 509 of the Victa site where they have a down load of all the older models and there make ups (ie Crank/ carbs/ motor/ magneto etc, etc...)

PS thanks for the speedy reply

Gordo,

Ok the model is a V17 and the motor is a 125cc. If you are talking to mower shops in Queensland I can understand why you are not getting a lot of help as we get a lot of people ordering parts. yay
