Hi all - hoping to get some help with a Victa Corvett 700 Mulcha Catcher mower, about 8 years old now. I've been taking it to the local repair man for 18mths or so but the pattern is always the same - do a decent mow ususally 2 or 3 - then it starts runs for a few seconds and then stops - keep trying after that and won't start at all. If I leave it for a while it usually will kick over once again and then stop. I noticed today for the first time a single 'puff' sound as it was trying to kick over. The spark plug is new and as it does kick over once I'm thinking it might be a blockage of some sort -- just guessing though. I'm looking for a workshop manual I suppose so I can pull it apart and know what I'm looking at and what to look for .. a sort of howto guide for repairing it ... is there such a beast ?
cheers pete
