I have a victa tvs90 tecumseh that won't run right the revs keep going up & down i can't get it to run at a steady rev i need to know the settings for the two screws that are beneath the linkages on the carby

The problem that I would be checking first is your govoner. I sure that it is not set correctly. You need to loosen the screw that holds the arm where the spring is connected. Then turn the section that holds the arm anti clockwise and then push the arm to full throttle speed and lock the screw.

The main jet could be plugged slightly also. It is not always adjustments.
