Can you give me the dimensions of the end end cap because I think the 45 ones could fit but will need to measure them. If you want ones that will hold bearings then you will have to make them.

Yeah i might make them,or get them made eventually. Mine will be fine for a while yet. I seem to have turned what was a bargain into an expensive exercise.

Sounds like it is good as new now, even though it was a bit more costly than you thought a new reel mower altogether would have cost a lot more

Yeah i know, i am glad now tho!
I just thought i had it all sorted, and went to show dad what happened with the missing bush - when i notice that it (mower) rocked side to side as if it were not sitting evenly on the rollers. Well it wasn't, the front roller framework was bent as well, like the adjuster had been forced at some stage and the rod was all bent up. Just had that straightened by one of the engeneers at work. phew, hopefully now it is all good.
