Hi Mark.
There are many different types of ht lead but I use to purchases aftermarket victa (I think it was marketed as a Byron part) in 5 meter coils from the mower shop. From memory it was something like $15. It has been a few years since I bought it but I use to use it on the electric fence becuase it provided good insulation underground.
