hi guys,this comes as an extra with a victa 18 i am bidding on,is it a pope as the seller thinks?

Hi all Yes that is a Pope mower for sure . I have a new O.S kit here somewhere with the starter Pawls . Got a few down at the farm but in poor condition Cheers Joe
