hi all,
i have two identical briggs ohv engines from the late 90s. both have good bores, valves and valve seats but both make 'tinning' sounds. i was wondering wether this was a charecteristic of these engines or weather they both have misadjusted rockers? what should the rocker adjustments be, as when i do them tight they wont start and when i leave them loose the run like a bucket of $#it and have allot of kickback.
