Please, if anyone has info on this mower, let me have it!

I picked up this localy in a very rusty seized state. It sais qualcast australia Mki on the side wheels and its bigger than my british qualcast model H. On pick up I presumed it woukd be a copy of the british qualcast but its very different. The handle is rotred through and the wooden roller a little too far gone. Wil be a good mower I think.

SENIOR TECHNICIAN & HISTORIAN
Hi Hepsibar ,

I've never researched these push mowers before so can't say I know much about them.

This mower looks like a Model H MK1 Qualcast between 1930 and 1950 , I know there was a 12 inch and a 14 Inch
mower made in west Footscray Victoria.

Someone else may know more about this mower.

Cheers
Max.

Solid compared to the Fred Knapp they pump out now.

Ahh, if only victa had kept producing the thumblatch catcher series, they would be in better shape today!
