If ever there was an elusive company it would be the
makers of
Supa-Swift lawnmowers. Introduced in late
1959, they would be a significant Australian lawnmower
maker in the 1960s and 1970s.
Today, the brand lives on as the Roy Gripske
Supa-Swifts.
This is a large bi-fold brochure depicting an eight-model
line-up of Supa-Swifts for what I think is the
1963-64 season.
Here we see Supa-Swift's first rear catcher lawnmower.
Eight models sound impressive until one does the math:
2 chassis [side & rear] and 4 engine options = 8 models.
