MF, maybe one day in 2050 we will see a subie engined Ryobi alongside a WRX at a car show, like I sometimes see with Victa's now - eg Victa corvette with Chevy, or simply '61 Holden and '61 Victa together.
I don't know if these will last long enough to see that though - they are somewhat thin decked disposable type mowers although not as much as the yard kings sold next to them in bunnings.
The engine might hold up though - at least with this ea190v engine, it is a timing chain rather than the belt that could let way and be a bugger to change. And a cast iron liner.
Carbies will most likely be the downfall.
