Yup, I definitely have to say it worked a treat. The four speed in the 92 Fairlane V8 was thumping it's changes both up and down intermittently and my mechanic recommended I try adding Lucas. It was an absolute hassle sucking out the old fluid with a large syringe with a tube on the end. I recommend doing it while the tranny is hot so the oil runs easier. I wish I thought of dunking the bottle of Lucas in boiling water prior as it is so thick and hard to squeeze out through a tube. I forget how I ended up doing it but it was quite a hassle. Worth it in the end.
Ahh, if only victa had kept producing the thumblatch catcher series, they would be in better shape today!
