Usually the only bearings that are not sealed are the Primary Clutch thrust bearing and the PTO shaft unit.
If you purchased the self-aligning version (1202 I believe) of the PTO shaft, you would pack this bearing with grease prior to fitting. Once fitted, it should have a rubber washer/shield up against the chassis and then the v seal on the other side of the housing. A lot of people go with a 6202 sealed bearing when they replace, but if yours was a 1202 originally, I would be replacing it with the same.
